Apartments without barriers

We are building the first residential project in Poland without architectonic barriers, subject to certification standards of the Integration Foundation “Facility with no barriers”. With modern solutions in designing, a non-typical place will be developed that will be friendly to live for parents with children, young people following an active life style, elderly and handicapped people.

Holm House is the first certified residential building in Poland

So far, the certificate has been awarded by over one hundred architectonic facilities - e.g. Presidential Palace in Warsaw and the Chopin Airport in Warsaw. The concept of the Holm House project relies on developing space and solutions that have a great contribution to the comfort of life of its inhabitants.

The Integration Foundation with an office company in the Skanska group in Poland, have developed a new standard of office buildings. Now the time has come for apartments.

The idea of universal construction has been promoted by Integration for years. As a result of cooperation with Skanska, this is an architectonic accessibility for people with various needs (for parents with children, young people following an active life style, elderly and handicapped people). We believe that it will an inspiration for the entire market that has already started to appreciate it. The office building Atrium 2 commissioned in 2017 was awarded the title of a Warsaw Investment without Barriers and more projects are being certified. The Holm House concept referred to developing space that will be accessible not only today but will continue to be easy to adapt when the apartments are used.
