Live in the best neighbourhood!

The small, modern and functional Mickiewicza Development is the third stage of the best-selling housing investment by Skanska − the first development with a BREEAM certificate in Poland. The cultural heart of the capital, close to two extraordinarily beautiful and green districts of Bielany and Żoliborz and Scandinavian architecture and design. Living here is a guarantee of the best neighbourhood.

The buildings of stage three of the Mickiewicza Development are free of toxic materials. Thermal insulation applied there effectively reduces the costs of heating and the triple-glazed panoramic windows beautifully light the interiors. The facility has applied for a BREEAM certificate.

The Mickiewicza development has been designed in a way that excludes no one. A minimum number of kerbs and steps facilitates traffic in the investment, access ramps, no-threshold lifts and light doors make it easy to get into the building; almost one half of the apartments may be adapted to the inhabitants specific needs with various kinds and degrees of disability in moving, seeing or hearing. The facility applies for a certificate of a Facility without Barriers.

In the neighbourhood of a good design

Human being is the starting point for all architects working for Skanska. A correct apartment design must provide for all needs of people who will spend most of their lives inside the home and in the neighbourhood.

Architecture inspired with the North

The shape of buildings is subordinated to the philosophy of architecture originating in Scandinavia.  The development refers to the peaceful nature of the surrounding and the architects have put stress on the individual nature of the site. In compliance with the vision of minimalism in town development, the buildings were designed as two rectangles positioned at a sharp angle one to the other.  The balance selection of decorative elements, the white and dark accents and a visual simplicity define the key features of the investment.  The sets of windows, breakage points in the façade, loggias and balconies, create interesting artistic compositions with the use of traditional elements of natural and modest architectonic details.

The inhabitants of the development will find everything that is close to the Scandinavian philosophy of respect and openness to human needs.

The Mickiewicza Development03 is being constructed in ul. Rudzka in the neighbourhood of green space, nature reserves, parks and water reservoirs.  The Mickiewicz Development is located in a quiet and peaceful area on the border of the districts of Żoliborz and Stare Bielany, two most beautiful and green districts of Warsaw. Located in immediate neighbourhood of Stawy Kellera, Żeromski park and Harcerska Poczta Polska, surrounded with old trees, becomes an outpost for many species of domestic plants and animals. With the vegetation preserved here and additional, carefully planned planting, the inhabitants are provided with a quiet and calm haven close to the centres of both districts. This is the third stage of the unique investments that has generated much response from Customers.  After a short walk, you may rest in the beautifully maintained park Kępa Potocka, a place of active recreation for all generations. Just one nearby subway station away there is Lasek Bielański, the green lungs of Warsaw. Each green place in the neighbourhood is easily accessible due to the increasing number of bicycle paths.

The Mickiewicz Development is located a few minutes away from Słodowiec and Plac Wilsona subway stations, numerous tram and bus stops and S8 express way. There is a developed network of bike paths, it is an excellent space for walks or practising Nordic walking. Close to the investment there is a hospital, shopping centres, schools and universities - AWF and UKSW.
