Architecture inspired with the North
The shape of buildings is subordinated to the philosophy of architecture originating in Scandinavia. The development refers to the peaceful nature of the surrounding and the architects have put stress on the individual nature of the site. In compliance with the vision of minimalism in town development, the buildings were designed as two rectangles positioned at a sharp angle one to the other. The balance selection of decorative elements, the white and dark accents and a visual simplicity define the key features of the investment. The sets of windows, breakage points in the façade, loggias and balconies, create interesting artistic compositions with the use of traditional elements of natural and modest architectonic details.
