The Nowy Rynek investment is a multiphase project that will consist of 5 buildings with functionalities ranging from office, hotel to residential. Our desire is to create a new city center to be a place for everyone, for meetings, leisure, and entertainment. The Rynek is a place where all residents’ paths come together. A space to be used by everyone to the same extent even though everyone may want to use it differently. No other place on the map of the city has such a city-forming power like the Rynek.

Skanska Residential Development Poland is a developer operating in Warsaw since 2011, recognized for building high-class residential projects. In Poland, we constructed Park Ostrobramska, Osiedle Mickiewicza — the first residential project in the country to have received the BREEAM certification, Jaśminowy Mokotów and Holm House - designed in compliance with the Obiekt bez barier [Facility without Barriers] certificate requirements. At Holm House, we also cooperated with renowned Polish designer and architect Oskar Zięta. Currently, we are executing other phases of these residential projects and new - Park Skandynawia. All of them are building in line with the BREEAM certification guidelines.
