The fourth stage of Holm House was conceived to fit into the architectural development that has been under construction on Zdziechowskiego Street for several years. The estate, designed by HRA Architekci, by its structure, refers to the features of the neighbourhood recognized by local residents: intimacy and metropolitan character. On the one hand, it captivates with interestingly designed green spaces and internal courtyards between the buildings, and on the other, it has cleverly arranged spaces in the buildings. The building includes space for 24-hour security and a place to store courier shipments. A two-storey garage with storage cells and bicycle boxes has been created under the building.

The Holm House project is an offer for people who appreciate the convenience of living in the city. Homeowners here value not only the aesthetically pleasing, modern architecture but, above all, the extremely well-thought-out apartment layouts and comfort-enhancing solutions – such as anti-smog ventilators in the windows.
Holm House was the first residential development in Poland to be certified as a Barrier-Free Building, awarded by the Integration Foundation. The same is true of the fourth stage of the project: 40% of the apartments in the estate have been adapted to the restrictive requirements of the certificate.
There are many bicycle paths in the vicinity of the estate, so a number of solutions for cyclists have been provided, such as bicycle stands on the patio and bicycle racks in the garage.
Like most of Skanska's residential projects, Holm House 4 is certified under the BREEAM system — the building received a "Very good" rating. This distinction applies to buildings that are designed and built with respect for the environment.
Green areas have been carefully designed on the site, with specially selected plant species – mainly deciduous shrubs – introduced to increase the effectiveness of air filtration and thus also fight smog. Thanks to the water recovery system, rainwater will be used to water the greenery. In the common areas, there are also boxes and drinkers for birds and insects, whose presence will contribute to the preservation of biodiversity in the estate.
