For over 130 years, by building homes, schools, offices and bridges in various countries, we have helped shape the direction of socially responsible business development. We are guided by principles that not only attract customers but also set us apart in the market.
We design and build residential estates, but our social responsibility does not end at the building’s walls. We also create welcoming and green living spaces that serve not only our residents but entire local communities. Our aim is to ensure that our projects remain open to nature, people and the city. We strive to develop neighbourhoods that blend seamlessly into the urban fabric and are environmentally sustainable in the long term. To support this goal, we organise environmental education sessions for children in schools located near our estates. We promote education that focuses on caring for our planet and raising environmental awareness amongst our residents.
A home should be a place associated with rest, peace and safety. But even there, unexpected and not always safe situations can arise. That’s why our storybook characters – kind Mrs Jadzia, resourceful Tomasz Miarka and mischievous cat Leon – teach children the basics of home safety.
Between 2016 and 2019, we trained over 4,000 children in Warsaw’s primary schools on how to stay safe in various situations. We also gave them reflective bands, first-aid kits, magnets with emergency numbers and colouring books. In 2020, we reached out to children online for the first time with an audio story.

Bambini Litera: ‘Eco Cities of the Future’
Planting avocado, pumpkin, mango and apple seeds that turn into a lush mini-garden full of exotic plants and healthy food within days. Roadside solar boxes powering nearby homes. Cars turning exhaust fumes into iodine… A fairy tale? For now, yes – but who knows what the future holds?
In a writing competition for imaginative children who enjoy writing stories, fairy tales or poems, we selected the most colourful and surprising entries, which were published in the book ‘Eco Cities of the Future’.

Once a year, we organise a Volunteer Day. We choose a school, work with them to draw up a plan, and, together with teachers and pupils, improve selected areas. We plant greenery (nearly 300 plants over the past three years), repair damaged street furniture and refurbish playground surfaces.
We also encourage people to take similar initiatives in their daily lives.
