Description

Park Skandynawia

Typically, the design of residential estates begins with a site plan, which is divided into blocks and buildings, and these are further divided into flats. We took the opposite approach. The priority was to create attractive flats with interesting and varied layouts, so that they could be furnished in a functional and comfortable manner. Some of them are two-storey flats. Each enjoys good natural light thanks to the careful positioning of the rooms in relation to the cardinal directions and large windows. We grouped these flats into buildings and integrated the buildings into the existing space, and this is how the estate was created.

Park Scandinavia takes its name from a style inspired by the approaches to residential construction adopted by our northern neighbours. It is characterised by the simplicity and solidity of its architectural forms, the functionality of its communal spaces, and a commitment to green surroundings. The result is a universal, timeless architectural style featuring simple forms and bright colours. There are also many practical features in the communal areas: pram and bicycle storage rooms, a certified playground, minimal architectural barriers in passageways, low-noise lifts and energy-efficient lighting. In the green spaces for residents, we have carefully selected and planted a variety of plant species. There are also bird boxes, insect hotels and tables for playing draughts, chess and table tennis.

Benefits

Attractive location

One of the key advantages of the residential estate in Gocław, which future residents are sure to appreciate, is its convenient location – within the neighbourhood, there are grocery shops, the Atrium Promenada shopping centre, nurseries, schools and numerous green spaces and recreational areas, whilst a well-developed public transport network provides quick access to the centre of Warsaw and the city’s key attractions. What’s more, a station on the metro’s third line is planned for the area, which will further improve connections with the rest of the capital.
