New flats for sale in Warsaw’s Gocław district are a project by nsMoon Studio. The architects’ aim was to create comfortable and peaceful living conditions for future residents. The second guiding principle behind the conceptual design was to incorporate urban amenities into the project, enabling buyers to access the services and facilities typical of a major city. The complex comprises three distinct zones: private, semi-private and public.

The development of the estate creates enclosed, separate and cosy courtyards featuring greenery, small architectural features and children’s play areas.

The Park Skandynawia project in Warsaw’s Gocław district features several energy-efficient solutions, including LED lighting and motion sensors, which will enable residents to pay lower energy bills for consumption in communal areas. Carefully designed green spaces will be situated outside the buildings. These will feature native plants and species that have become permanently established in the urban landscape, which are attractive to both animals and people and reflect the neighbourhood’s natural environment, as well as nesting boxes for birds.

Like most of Skanska’s residential developments, the new project will be certified under the BREEAM scheme – in phase four, we plan to achieve a “Very Good” rating.
