Description

Park Skandynawia II

Here lives what you love

Scandinavia is reflected in the name Skanska – which is why here, you’ll find the essence of the Swedish way of life: sustainability, quality, style, and a balance between work and private life. The development is situated on Optyków Street in Praga-Południe, near Siekierkowska Route and Ostrobramska Street. Residents value it for its excellent transport links, the proximity of various recreational areas, and its location within the well-established social infrastructure of the Gocław neighbourhood.

Construction Phases

Pre-sale launch

Pre-sales of the flats began in April 2019.

Construction start

Once legal requirements are fulfilled, inspections completed, and design documentation prepared, construction of your new apartment begins. During this stage, the construction site is prepared, building outlines are marked, and excavation for the foundations begins.

‘Zero state’

The moment when the building ‘rises from the ground’. Every day, you’ll be able to watch the work progress and see the floors being added at a rapid pace. Concrete is being poured, and the formwork and reinforcement for the floor slab are being installed.

Shell open stage

In this stage, the building structure and roofing are completed.

Shell closed stage

At this stage, windows have been installed, external walls constructed, and finishing works commence.

Occupancy permit

At this point, construction works on both the buildings and the surrounding grounds are complete. It is time for inspections conducted by, among others, the Fire Brigade, Health and Safety Authority, and the District Building Control Inspectorate (PINB). If there are no objections, the occupancy permit is issued.

Key handover

Time to move in! The process of handing over keys to future residents begins.
