The fifth phase of the Jaśminowy Mokotów development blends seamlessly with the developments already completed in the area. BBGK Architekci devised the architectural concept of low-rise, intimate residential buildings set amongst greenery.

The new flats for sale in Mokotów have been built in the area of the Vistula River’s old escarpment, known as the Warsaw Escarpment, a garden district. Six two-storey buildings, new plantings of trees, shrubs and other plants, as well as bird and insect boxes, emphasise the park-like character of the development. Playgrounds in the semi-private areas will allow children to play carefree and safely outdoors. Set amidst nature, there are also secluded spots for recreation and relaxation for the estate’s elderly residents.

Jaśminowy Mokotów is an intimate housing estate comprising simple, small, two-storey buildings. Each house features a grand central staircase, bathed in natural light from above through a skylight. All flats in the Mokotów estate feature spacious balconies, terraces and gardens. It is worth noting that the corners of the rooms are glazed. The visual impression of the estate is dominated by light and neutral white. The raw texture of the plaster has been combined here with warm wood and high-quality ceramics. As a result, the character of the houses is more reminiscent of modernist villas, such as those found in the pre-war designs of Saska Kępa, rather than contemporary blocks of flats.
