The estate is located in the heart of Warsaw’s Gocław district. It offers direct access to everything necessary for comfortable urban living – public transport, shops, schools, kindergartens, nurseries, and public offices. Nearby are recreational green areas such as Park nad Balatonem, the Olszynka Grochowska nature reserve, and Skaryszewski Park. Park Skandynawia takes its name from the style inspired by residential construction solutions typical of our northern neighbours. It is distinguished not only by the emphasis on maximum daylight access, but also by the simplicity and solidity of architectural forms, the functionality of shared spaces, and a responsibility for the green surroundings. The estate is characterised by universal, timeless architecture – simple forms, light colours, and high-quality finishing materials.

The stage was delivered for use in 2019.
