What we’re looking for
Energy efficiency and renewables
We are continuously seeking ways to reduce energy consumption in buildings while using renewable sources such as solar, wind or geothermal energy.
Low-emission building materials
We want our buildings to be made of materials with minimal greenhouse gas emissions in both production and use – helping reduce the carbon footprint of construction.
Energy management
Data forms the basis of the best decisions. Systematic monitoring and optimisation of energy consumption helps us manage residents’ utility costs and reduce environmental impact.
Water management
Drinking water is a precious and limited resource. We aim to implement technologies and strategies to reduce water consumption – for example, through rainwater/greywater recovery systems or modern plumbing and sanitation systems.
Circular economy
Our priority is to recover and reuse existing materials. We seek technologies that support design for disassembly, reuse of materials, and transforming waste into new materials.
Sustainable transport
We promote transport solutions that reduce harmful emissions during and beyond the construction process – for example, by installing infrastructure for electric vehicles or improving access to public transport.
Energy storage in residential buildings
Energy generation alone is no longer enough. We want to ensure energy security and support the integration of energy storage systems to improve the quality of life for our residents.

We are introducing intelligent systems for managing the operation and maintenance of buildings, increasing comfort for residents.
Electrification of heat production
We believe electrification is the key to decarbonisation. That’s why we want to replace traditional fossil fuel-based heating systems with solutions powered by electricity – easier to source from renewables.
Occupational health and safety technologies
Innovative technologies improve safety on construction sites by eliminating human error, optimising work processes and monitoring safety indicators. These systems reduce human involvement in high-risk tasks and help minimise incidents.
