Jaśminowy Mokotów is a development well known to the residents of Warsaw. The architectural concept was initiated by the Rolfe Judd studio for the first two stages, while subsequent phases were carried out by BBGK Architekci. Jaśminowy Mokotów quickly gained recognition not only among clients, but also among independent jurors. It received numerous awards for environmentally friendly construction, as well as for its welcoming shared spaces — it is a laureate of the ‘Creators of Space’ and ‘Green Eagles’ competitions organised by Rzeczpospolita. It also ranks in the top 10 best residential estates in Poland according to Newsweek, and received a nomination for the Architectural Award of the Mayor of Warsaw.
Jaśminowy Mokotów is the first construction site in Warsaw to be powered by wind energy. This climate-conscious approach and commitment to environmentally responsible construction practices earned the estate an international BREEAM sustainability certificate.
Skanska Jaśminowy Mokotów estate is unique because of its location, which is characterized by lush nature. Located nearby the historic Królikarnia and its Arkadia Park, naturally protected by the old Vistula escarpment and framed by abundant greenery, it is immersed in silence. At the same time, it is almost in the middle of the city. Warsaw has few such places.
We tried to make the most of the advantages of the space: 55 percent of the estate's land remains biologically active. It consists of the green interiors of the quarters, a variety of species of trees, grasses and many other plants, and the space of private gardens, which is marked by natural barriers – hedges and all-season perennials. In addition, in the neighbourhood, we have established a public park, Enklawa, which has an area of nearly 8,500 sqm. Thus, designed greenery impacts the microclimate of the estate – here, you will rest from the hustle and bustle of the city.
