Na tym etapie roboty dotyczące zarówno budynków, jak i terenu otaczającego, są zakończone. Teraz przyszedł czas na kontrole przeprowadzane m.in. przez Straż Pożarną, Sanepid oraz Powiatowy Inspektorat Nadzoru Budowlanego (PINB). Jeżeli nie ma zastrzeżeń, zostaje wydane pozwolenie na użytkowanie.
