Solen Kabaty is an elegant residential building with a unique design. It is situated on the outskirts of Kabaty and has been designed and fitted out to ensure comfortable, healthy and economical living.
The building was constructed right next to Kabaty Forest, which served as the inspiration during the design phase. The irregularity of the diagonal columns in the overhanging section evokes the freely growing forest. A distinctive finishing detail – a façade made of perforated panels – lends a sense of lightness, whilst its form is reminiscent of the structure of leaves and treetops. The original architecture, surrounded by lush greenery, and the proximity to nature will provide residents with peace and space to relax.

Solen Kabaty is a cosy residential development featuring spacious and functional flats. These new flats in Kabaty exemplify unique and timeless architecture. The flats in this residential building in Ursynów feature tall, panoramic wooden windows with transom windows, as well as large balconies, private gardens on the first floor and terraces on the top floor. Solar panels have been installed on the building’s roof to power the communal areas.
